No Cancellation Policy

The great majority of HOST’s training courses are presented by HOST’s own full-time dedicated training instructors.
Only very occasionally are outside trainers engaged.  Consequently, once a course has been scheduled and the first delegate is booked, the course will run.  Only very rarely would a scheduled course be cancelled and courses are never cancelled solely due to under-subscription.  Classes are kept small, typically to a maximum of six delegates, to encourage individual participation and enable effective knowledge transfer.

All Host’s permanent training staff are IT professionals with many years practical experience.
Instructors are recruited from the IT industry and all have impressive track records.

Host is owned entirely by its staff, whose personal interest in the Company’s success fosters a natural incentive to provide customer satisfaction and value for money.
