Training Needs
What is needs analysis? How is it completed? Why is it important?
Utilising the experience gained over the last 18 years HOST is in the advantageous position of being able to conduct, on request, a range of training needs analysis programmes.
In simplest terms, a needs analysis utilises all available tools to collect information about your employees' learning needs and wants. This enables you to identify any shortfall in skills necessary to fulfill current contractual requirements as well as looking towards gaining future business.
The process also sometimes involves looking at the expectations and requirements of other interested parties, including details of potential customer product usage.
