Pre-requisites

Although there are no formal pre-requisites – a basic knowledge of printers and drivers will enhance the learning experience

Upon completion of this course the delegate should be able to:

• Update HP LaserJet Firmware
  
• Describe where the HP LaserJet Management applications fit into the market
• List the functionality of the above Management applications such as alert notification, controlling which printers and functions are available to users and producing reports where applicable
