Introduction to
Networking
As a result of
conversations with some of our customers, regarding the depth of
networking knowledge that is required by the Customer Engineer of
today, we have taken a fresh look at our network training offerings.
A lot of courses in the marketplace are quite comprehensive and aim
at starting a Network specialist on their development path. Many of
the courses we found were not relevant or out of date (including
ours) when it came to meeting the basic skill needed for a Server or
Storage focussed engineer.
So we fully reviewed what
Networking related knowledge is needed for the Server/Storage
engineer of today. We found that Networking technologies are not as
diverse as they used to be; less knowledge is actually required and
that this knowledge could be transferred using a two day course.
Course N121 Understanding
Network Fundamentals, 2 days, £600.00 ex-VAT Available dates: 1st
September and 10th November |

| Our commitment to quality
.. |
We do not
believe in a virtualised training environment, all
courses are instructor led using real systems, providing
hands on training.
All our instructors are career instructors. They are
permanent staff with many years experience in a support
engineering background. This strategy enables us to
deliver a quality training experience to all our
customers.
Scheduled courses are never cancelled due to low
numbers.
Our residential training centre is strategically
placed in the middle of the UK for ease of access. We
also have the capability to deliver this training
worldwide.
We invite our past delegates to join and participate
in our Forum where they can discuss technical matters
both with our instructors and amongst
themselves.
We are committed to ISO 9001:2000, and believe this
is important in today's IT business.
